4-Hour Reception Package ($695)
Package Includes:

• 4 hours of music (includes background music for cocktails & dinner, announcements & toasts and of course...dancing)
• A professional announcer to host your event (we can be as much or as little involved as you want)
• 2000 watt crystal clear sound system
• Over 100,000 song music library
• Intelligent (move with the music) Party lights (for night receptions)
• Microphones for the ceremony, toasts and announcements (including wireless & lapel microphone)
• Complete availability to answer any questions you might have at any time. We also try to meet with you in person approximately a month before your event to go over your reception plans and basically get to meet each other.

Extra Reception Time
If you anticipate that your reception will be longer than 4 hours, extra hours can be purchased for $75/Hour prior to your wedding day or $100/Hour the day of your event.


Music For Your Ceremony
For $100 we will provide music for your wedding ceremony. This includes background music from when the first guest arrives, to the wedding procession, to the moment when you walk back down the aisle as husband and wife.

Travel Fee
We ask a travel fee of $50 for any event more than 15 miles from Eugene. This covers travel time and gas expenses.

And that's it. All set-up of equipment is on our time not yours. If you decide on BMAC Productions we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve that date. This $100 deposit goes toward the final price of the wedding package. If you have any questions, please contact us at any time.
